Nx150s Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the nx150s platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and apply to all activity on the nx150s platform.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a nx150s user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from using this platform for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to nx150s.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nx150s platform:

Nx150s reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who violates these rules, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and filing reports with the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nx150s platform are conducted in MYR (RM). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods listed on the platform, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other permitted methods.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from legitimate financial sources that they personally own. nx150s complies with anti-money laundering procedures and reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where necessary. Failure to provide the required information may result in transaction freezes or account closure.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete full identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are subject to the policies of the relevant bank or financial service provider. nx150s is not responsible for delays caused by third parties within the payment processing chain.
Nx150s reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, system manipulation, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the value of the affected transaction may not be refunded to the user.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Nx150s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. nx150s's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and nx150s makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or unforeseen events may affect access to the platform from time to time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Nx150s reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or any unlawful activity. Decisions to suspend or close an account are final and subject to the sole discretion of nx150s.
Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the resolution of any ongoing investigations.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the nx150s platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and interface layouts — is the property of nx150s or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
